Took 3 tries to pick my bike. Surprise, closed on Wednesday. A retail store? Surprise, don't accept American Express cards. Penny wise & Pound foolish? American Express buyers spend 30% more than other charge cards. Surprise, no we don't take personal checks. Tough to do business. Still going to buy another Trek bike, just not here.

Trek bikes are well made and durable, and for the most part, reasonably priced. They provide excellent repair service in the store and have a very quick turnaround time for repairs
Trek bike mechanic is the best !! Very friendly and helpful. He explained everything up front and got the repairs done ahead of schedule and estimate. Excellent !!

When I called to confirm order, whoever I spoke to in sales was very short. When I showed up to get the bike I stood in the front at the desk without anyone tending to me for 5+ mins, when someone did.. they took me to the bike handed me the receipt and said nothing. Very unfriendly staff.
Service people were knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem the first time.
Trek customer service is spectacular. They explain the parts needed, the cost of each, and they finish when they say they will. I highly recommend them for all your cycling needs! Jan N.

Take a non trek bike there for service. Service dept is through, does clean work and communicates well.
Came into the store near closing time with two wheels with tires/tubes that I needed installed. I expected to have to drop them off and pick them up later, but the crew took care of installing both new tires/tubes in just a few minutes and I was able to take them home! Great service and very reasonably priced! I'd come back to this shop for anything bike related!
Mac took the time to understand the type of cycling we were targeting and the key features that were important…from there he narrowed down their wide selection to just a few. He his helped dramatically!
As far as Trek, we are return customers, but still took the time to look at the competition. I’m glad we did because it made us more confident in buying Trek again! Mac also took time to fit us for helmets and get them ordered so they’d be ready along with the bikes.
At pickup, the team was awesome as well! Adjusted everything to fit my wife and I…and we found a few more accessories that they added to the bike in real time!
