Naperville Trek is a very friendly and helpful shop. They take good care and are knowledgeable about there products.
Super friendly staff! They are always helpful and make you feel valued as a customer. The service department is amazing! The young man who helped us with a flat tire was very patient and knowledgeable. He even took the time to show us how to replace a tire ourselves. We inquired about products that would help us with a flat if we were on the road. He put a kit together for us that we can use when riding. Excellent customer service!! I would not go anywhere else. We love our Trek bikes!!
Trek of Downers Grove is without a doubt the best bicycle store in the southwest suburbs. Their entire staff if extrememly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I cannot count the times that I have visited the store to shop and expected to buy several items, only to have the staff provided me with alternative suggestions where I ended up not having to make a purchase. How many businesses do that today? When I have my bikes serviced, they are very detailed in reviewing my cycling activities and only recommend the exact services I need.

Our first salesperson was disinterested, however Josh took care of us when we came back to pickup the bike. He was great. The bike needed more adjustments and he dropped the bike at our house the next day and went over how to work it. Excellent worker.
Went above and beyond. Fixed the problem and found the caused the tire to pop and solved that too so the tire wouldn’t pop again.

I liked the price of the bike I purchased and the price I received on my trade in. Also, my salesman was very patience and professional.
Customer service and bike preparedness could be improved. I did not buy an expansive bike from trek standards but i expected better service. Did not hear thank you even after sales was completed a very basic element of customer service not very welcoming response to recommend someone over to a place. I had to have them fix play in headset i believe a company run store should do better to represent. Even though they fixed it promptly I expected company would make sure that a novice buyer doesn't have to do this because down the road it can cause serious coatly issues.
