Jason was able to find the perfect bike for me! When he said he would check to see if the Naperville store had what I needed for me, I knew he cared truly cared about making customers happy. On pickup day (picked up 10 minutes before store closing), I was greeted with a welcoming greeting! Jason even helped me adjust my bike rack before he left for the evening. Highly recommend Jason and his knowledge to finding you the perfect ride!

The Trek bikes are awesome but the staff and management at Trek Naperville is really what makes a difference. They take the time to understand what I am looking for and make excellent recommendations. Also, their service department turnaround time is exceptional. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Joe was amazing. Just need a quick repair and he was fast, nice, and informative. It's nice to go into a bike shop without knowing anything and not getting treated poorly.
Jim the mechanic is great. He modified my bike in a matter of days. Also the shop doesn't kill you in price or unnecessary addons. I have very high-end bikes which usually means high-end repairs.
I had a warranty issue with my Electra Townie bike. I'd anticipated that I would incur some type of charge for this warranty work, but I was charged a $50 service charge AND an additional $20 warranty submittal charge. This is nonsense!
All this, plus I was told that the part would be received in a couple days. It wasn't! Then, I was told that once the part was received, (when I brought my bike back in for the repair), it would be installed the next day. It wasn't! Yet, I received an email when is was completed directing me to pick up the bike right away or incur a bike storage charge.
Unfortunately, I don't think if I'll do any more business at that establishment.

Everybody in the shop is awesome
And always take care of the constant upgrades and bike tweaks. Just wish they had faster more stable internet - I blame Comcast Business.
