The management and sales team at the Naperville location are top notch! It's been many years since we purchased a bike and they went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and familiar with the various bike models. Ultimately, they ordered a bike online as they didn't have the model we wanted in their store. Their team was professional, patient, personable and very helpful. We will not go anywhere else for our future purchases! Special shout out to Alex and the store manager!

Trek bicycles speak for themselves. They are excellent value. The thing that made this store better than other bicycle stores or the people and gentlemen who sold me the bike was no pressure and answered every question and the owner was genuine. Friendly couldn’t be more helpful. Absolutely recommend trek bicycle shop .

My sales rep was very helpful. He explained the pros and cons of three different styles of bikes. Ultimately helping me pick the one that was perfect for our use case. Very pleased overall!
Just incredible service. Everyone was great but Blake and Josh were extremely helpful with my selecting of my bike and the accessories I needed, supportive of the new hobby, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to sell me more stuff but not by being pushy sales people, but by explaining the benefits of different products and services and how they would help.

We stopped in to pick up a couple accessories and waited in line for 10 minutes to check out. One of two associates was helping another customer which I completely understand. The other associate whom was at a computer never once acknowledged us even after the associate whom was assisting the other customer asked.
Once the associate was done fulfilling the order for the other customer the other associate walked away and he apologized for our wait and the experience.
I provide this feedback as an opportunity to improve only but will be back.

They are all awesome. Excellent customer service. Friendly, approachable, reasonable. The main manager specially (sorry, I forgot his name, Greg maybe... it's the bald headed gentleman,) is particularly knowledgeable and amazing They get repair work done literally within the hour. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and are passionate about Trek bikes. . My whole family have Trek bikes and we love them.

Everyone from the sales staff, the service people to the owner are all friendly and knowledgeable. Trek the brand produce very capable bikes which are backed up by a solid warranty. Last but not least, I always feel comfortable walking into the store!
