The grips on my bike were crumbling so I stopped by the Trek store for a replacement. I could have replaced the grips myself but the guy in the back said that he'd do it. He needed to remove the handlebar extensions and adjust the position of the gear shift levers. In less than 15 minutes, the work was done....perfectly. They only charged me $5. It would have taken me much longer. This was a small price to pay for it's being done professionally and in such a short time.
Sean and the Trek of Naperville team are the best.

The attention provided by the store staff was beneficial and of elevated quality. All employees were available to give me the best attention and ensure I left the store satisfied. In reality, what I would like to see improved is the availability of inventory in the store. The inventory was scarce, and I did not have the opportunity to look at all the options. I fully understand why the inventory is how it is, but I think it would be a plus for future shoppers. As I mentioned to the associate who helped me complete my purchase (Adam K (AK2).) this was my first purchase but it will not be my last, TREK has captivated my previous expectations and now even more so since I am an owner of one of their products.
