Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was able to quickly turn around the two bike purchases for early pick up. Clean and inviting Shop. In general, I prefer independent bike shops rather than a corporate entity, but the store had the bikes we wanted and in stock. Also, Trek had the best bike for my kids vs. competitors.
Visited the store twice while shopping for a new upgraded bike. I’m not a hardcore cyclist but I ride almost everyday for fitness / recreation. On both visits staff spent a lot of time with me explaining features, making good recommendations and guiding my buying experience. No pressure, no condescension. Didn’t try to upsell. Matched my riding profile and budget with the right bike which was an FX3. Very good experience.
I had a very positive experience with Trek. I was satisfied with the phone call I made to inquire about the repairs I needed and was pleased with quality of the workers who explained everything to me when I brought the bike in. The repairs went well, and my bike was ready in a couple of day. The price was reasonable. This was my first experience there but would recommend them to others.

These guys are the BEST!!!! They know the products, can service ANY of ur bikes/needs and most importantly they RIDE. They are all passionate about the cycling community and recognize the importance of “building a community” centered around their locations……they routinely host great product events/rides and will go the extra mile to satisfy customers.
