They are wonderful. I walked in asking them specific questions regarding an Adventure Race. They were knid and answered all my questions.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Sean (Shawn?) answered all of my questions and helped me get the right bike for my needs. The bike was ordered and the assembly and pick up turn around was so quick. I was excited to be getting a new bike and it was wonderful that the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. I would definitely go back there and recommend them for your bicycle and accessory purchase.

Quick service on a tube replacement. Also an appreciated bonus as the band had broken that holds my front light. I asked if I could just buy the band and not another whole light + band. The employee I was working with found an extra band in the back and didn't charge me for it.
