placed an online order for something simple and in stock. was never notified it was ready for pick up. ended up driving there to pick up with no notification from naperville trek store. .
Great service department. Friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the store. Maintaining a bike is expensive but I appreciate all they do.

The bikes last forever, absolutely durable. Bikes ride very nice and everything is built and put together cleanly. Very good looking bikes/products. The store is very clean and organized, nice store to walk into. Staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Service is timely and hassle free.
Being primarily a mtber I did not see many higher end mtbs on the floor so it would be hard to direct a peer to the store for mtbs. I would direct them there for gear and parts though.

The entire staff is awesome.
A very easy, low-pressure experience. Blake, the salesperson, had a lot of knowledge about the particular bike I was looking at and worked hard trying to track it down. Service was ready with the bike pretty fast, and unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me go over my suspension, but he was quite knowledgeable too. I will definitely come here more frequently for my cycle needs.

Dropped off my wife's bike to have two new tires installed and a tune-up for summer. Quick turnaround heard back from them in a few days and picked up her bike. Great work. Appreciate it!

Trek of Downers Grove is my favorite bike store! The team is always ready to help with a new bike or helping to fix an issue on an old bike. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in picking the right items and accessories for both kids and adults.

Superior communication and distinguished customer service staff! I was very spontaneous and wanted my bike rack so I could enjoy a bike ride on a very warm spring day and they were right at it! They had assembled it and installed it in less than 10 minutes and I was on the road to my ride. I have a recommend this Bike store and the customer service is extraordinary!
