Helpful and accommodating staff
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. No pressure selling and definitely focused on getting the best bike to fit your need/ability.
The service department is the best I have ever used. Even though the store is 35 miles from my house, I’m willing to travel the extra distance just to have their technicians work on my family’s bike.

The Trek repair shop did a great job fixing up my bike! They did a good job of communicating, and they made sure that I knew what the cost was going to be before they proceeded with the repair.
