Customer service, looking for a new helmet due to a crash and wasn't upsold. Fair, upfront, and honest communication.
Also have an issue on my wife's bike and the store will work with Trek to upgrade the entire braking system from what was on the bike when we bought it to the braking system that was intended to be on the bike, Covid created supply chain issues, both Trek and the store anticipate this being corrected.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. They took the time necessary to understand my needs for just the right cycling shoe.

I had an issue finding a tire for my son’s 16” trek bike at local stores and was sold the wrong tire. I called the Naperville Trek store and the guy in the service department knew the exact tire and size i needed. Great customer service and he was super knowledgeable and friendly.
I came in to have my pedals switched out between two bikes. The mechanic I spoke with was friendly and able to take care of me immediately, given it was a small job. The price was reasonable, too. We are fortunate to have a great bike shop like Trek in Downers Grove!

Your sales associate Bethany was outstanding when I was picking out my bike. She seemed knowledgeable about the services you offer and about the bike itself. I also liked the store because you could test ride it inside (I came when it was raining outside).

First, o was looking for a specific bike and the Villa Park Trek corporate store did not have it nor would it be available in the area for a few weeks. The Villa Park Trek salesman suggested I check with the Downers Geove Trek store which was not a corporate store. He called and told the Downers Geove store to set it aside for me. While no business referral or benefit to that salesman he went out of his way to help. On arriving at the Downers Geove store they had put the bike aside for me, showed me the features and upon my purchase offered to have it available that day for the upcoming birthday. Great Downers Geove salesperson and tech who set the bike up. First class service.
Service department was great. Needed my bikes for the 4th of July trip and they got them done in a timely manner!
Sean was great to work with. From picking out a bike to working with me on delivery as it’s a birthday gift. I’ll be purchasing a new bike and will buy from Sean. Best bike store in Naperville.
