For Me...It is ALL about the Service!!! Your Service Tech - Chris does an amazing job!! I first started using him on an old bike that had been with me for 20+ years in the CO mountains. The first time I brought it in...he made it like new. Eventually...he moved on, I moved on. When I called last week in response to an email on current service offerings, I called, and to my great Joy, Chris had returned to your store. And AGAIN......Top Rates Service!!!!

Came in to get air in my front shock it was a little low, was charged 25 dollars (took less than 90 seconds) that’s not acceptable, I’ll take my bikes to 2 Bici next time

Hello! My husband & I visited Downers Grove Trek store 10.23.25 and spoke with Blake. We live in Montgomey IL, so Downers is a drive, but we were impressed with Blake! So 10.30.25 we visited Downers Grove Trek again & purchased a bike. I told Blake he was the reason we came back.
