Great communication when product wasn't in stock.
The overall experience is very satisfying. The only minus foe me would be the website. It's not as user friendly as it could be. The Search function, in particular, could be improved. My search for "brake pads", for example returned many brake-related items other than brake pads. All the brake pads did not appear. I had to search another way to find all the brake pads available.
I walked in, found what I needed quickly, bought it and walked out.

Relaxed, straightforward service. My bike didn't need what the tech predicted it might, and I wasn't charged for it, which was refreshing.
I like that Sweet Pete's was willing to listen to my specific bike lights need, and come up with a current solution (attaching bike light to my existing Garmin compute mount) and time to make sure the new parts worked.
These attachments are useful new innovations that now allow me to attach a camera should I wish to.
