Great service. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff.
Bike selection is great, but the attention received was pretty lacking.
Very little effort put form the sales person into explaining the different bikes and making recommendations.
The bike that was in the display room had a small chip in the paint and despite he offering to give me a different one, I had to remind him when they were about to put the accessories I bought on the wrong one.
Installing fenders took about 3 hs, and they only told me about the wait time after I asked, when almost an hour had gone by.
I came to this shop based on the excellent reviews around the customer service and it was the most disappointing part of my experience.

Ordered something online for in-store pickup. Only to find out it would be shipped to the store in 6-8 business days. Maybe put an option when adding things to the cart if it would be available within the next couple of days or if it needs to be shipped from a warehouse. I was under the impression I would be able to pick it up in 1 or 2 days. Overall good pricing would recommend.
Support on phone was very helpful regarding pickup of a bike rack (measuring dimensions, discussing options other than pickup, etc.)

Overall I'm happy with the consistently good service I get from this shop. I've been coming here for years and have done a bunch of custom work on my bikes. There isn't another store in the city I trust to do custom work.

My hub was completely broken so in the end I wasn't billed for any repairs because I'm replacing the entire wheel. The mechanics who helped me when I dropped off the bike, called me to explain what was wrong and answered my questions when I picked up the bike were such a massive help. They took time to go over everything with me thoroughly.
The way they handled my issue gives me so much confidence in having future repairs done at your store. I'll definitely be coming back again.
