The sticker shop label was not exactly the same specs as in the manufacturer label on the box, so I had to return the item and exchange for a different size, which was not in stock but it was available as a back order and at the same price.

Good service and wide range of products
I called in and then someone spoke to me about the mishap i experienced. But, I'll share it again here.
I brought my bike in on Sunday and got a text on Monday that it was ready to be picked up. So I went at the end of the day on Tuesday (Nov 21) to pick it up. It took a long time through traffic and when I arrived I tried opening the door, but it was locked. I knocked, the guy at the counter looked up, then put his head back down. Then I noticed the sign saying you were closed for inventory. I wish the text had indicated that I could not pick up my bike on the Tuesday. I was told it is an automated system. My suggestion, especially if you only close for that one day a year for inventory, is to send a text to those with bikes ready for pick up. For someone like me, who commutes to work by bike, it's essential to have my bike. So, I was really frustrated.
STAFF ARE ALWAYS, ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND SO HELPFUL. THEY REALLY SEEM DEDICATED TO PLEASING THE CUSTOMER, ALWAYS WITH EXCELLENT ADVICE. I TRUST THEM.

Bike selection is great, but the attention received was pretty lacking.
Very little effort put form the sales person into explaining the different bikes and making recommendations.
The bike that was in the display room had a small chip in the paint and despite he offering to give me a different one, I had to remind him when they were about to put the accessories I bought on the wrong one.
Installing fenders took about 3 hs, and they only told me about the wait time after I asked, when almost an hour had gone by.
I came to this shop based on the excellent reviews around the customer service and it was the most disappointing part of my experience.

Ordered something online for in-store pickup. Only to find out it would be shipped to the store in 6-8 business days. Maybe put an option when adding things to the cart if it would be available within the next couple of days or if it needs to be shipped from a warehouse. I was under the impression I would be able to pick it up in 1 or 2 days. Overall good pricing would recommend.
Support on phone was very helpful regarding pickup of a bike rack (measuring dimensions, discussing options other than pickup, etc.)
