I like that your staff is always willing to have a chat and make some helpful recommendations or observations.
Just today, I came into get a hex screw to secure my seat and one of your mechanics helped me find one, then put it on because he had a spare moment. Little things like this keep me coming back.

The service is personable, helpful, and respectful whatever the level of biking experience. Store offers a wide array of bikes, accessories, and clothing with the option of ordering in person or online. A supportive service plan with the purchase of new bike which is an extraordinary plus.
Sweet Pete's staff is very approachable and helpful. I have always felt supported when shopping at the store. The specific item I wanted was not in stock but they were able to recommend an alternate item that performed the same. Thanks!

Your Annex location was a lot closer, I'm not sure if I would always travel the longer distance for repairs, but I do like your service
