The abundance of caution and concern for my “safety” was nauseating. The service department is using the Shimano crank recall like a flag to be waved around by Karen’s during COViD - “we can’t replace your shifting cables if we don’t inspect your crank”, they said. Wasted my time to drop off and pick up, nothing done, zero $ earned by the shop. Not likely to come back.

Expert advice. Quick and good repairs and tune ups. I love my bike.
It doesn't feel like much tuning happened during the tune-up. My gears still shift clunkily and the brakes squeak. I've had tune-ups from this shop where it felt like the bike was brand new after, but the last couple have been sub-par. I feel like maybe the direction the shop is going towards only wanting to sell and service high end bikes and that is fine but I wish I didn't waste my time and money bringing my bike (that I bought new a year ago from your store) in for service that amounts to a total nothing burger.
