restocking charge on new pedals that were put on at purchase but returned unused because original box was not with return even though the shop installed them

For me it’s all about your people . Just nice people. It’s a bonus they always know what they’re talking about . Fair pricing . Great tecs. I find your keeping me informed about any hiccups during a repair and informing me of work around or if the outlay is worth it instead of trying to upscale will keep me coming back and always being my first recomend when anyone ask where they should go for a bike or repair .
