Good advice on the repairs. Performed. all the repairs that they said they'd do with in the time they stated. Bike is great running order.

When I walked in and approached the staff at the counter , I was inquiring about bike accessories. the salesman pointed to the wall and didn’t get off his chair to help me with various questions I had . There was very little interest in dealing assisting me . I walked out and bought nothing . Went to Dismount bikes and guys were super friendly . I actually bought a 5,000 gravel bike and 650.00 worth of bike accessories. It’s all about customer service

You didn't disappoint. SP has good products and services bikes well. Customer service doesn't seem to be the top priority though, and the products seem to be mid to high price range. Earning my recommendation takes more - I don't often recommend businesses. I'll keep coming back, though
