An AMAZING repair and overhaul thank you!
Repairs performed competently and quickly at a fair price.
-No employees approached me to see if I needed help with anything and I waited an estimated ~12 mins so that I could poach someone who had just finished helping another customer; I was specifically looking for someone to help me locate a product I saw online but could not locate on the shopfloor
-That said, the experience drastically improved from there as the young man who answered my questions and made suggestions assisted me
-This person was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of bikes and was easily able to give comprehensive answers to the few questions that I did have
Great people there, helped me a lot to choose the right size for my son. Let him choose his color and offered to put together the bike for us. Great experience!
Variety, quality and fast service
Every time I bring a bike in for tune-up, somewhat minor issues remain. E.g. Lower/lowest gears still not shifting smoothly, even after being serviced or with parts changed.

I find you guys helpful and friendly and that counts for a lot. I did find the price for re-assembly of my bike a bit steep since I JUST bought it at the beginning of May. You might find it interesting that the shop where I bought my last road bike (Ecclestone Cycles in Bracebridge) does annual tune-ups no charge in perpetuity! I get it, that it gets me to bring it in and there is usually some repair or fine tuning of some kind. Anyhow, I respect your protocols and will happily use your shop in the future.

Max was amazing. I was in town for a conference for a few days, came in with a vision and he executed the solution (my first carbon road bike, fully outfitted and ready for pick up). Bike Tune-Up - the staff were very communicative and clear. They were helpful when I needed to pick out a new bike seat, and called me to make sure it was ok for them to replace parts. They were up front about pricing and how long things would take. Very professional and dependable. I have always had a good experience with the bike repair staff and recommend Sweet Pete's to friends. I have a friend dropping his bike off on Monday!
