In general, the experience is pretty good at sweet Pete’s. But one issue stood out at my last visit.
I came in to ask whether the service dept. had the axle bit from my wife’s bike that she had brought in previously for service (we noticed it was gone when she brought it home). They found it and gave it back. I was surprised that there was no “sorry we forgot to put it back on the bike”. It was annoying and a waste of our time to have to come back to get it.

I went in to have my bike serviced and agreed to replacing my rear breaks and having both the front and rear breaks adjusted. I left my bike knowing that I would be paying for these three services but when I came back to pick up my bike I found out that additional work had been done on my bike without my ok and I was charged more because of it. Nobody called to ask me if I wanted this additional work done or provide me with the price this would cost. I just returned to pick up my bike and was given the larger bill to pay. Not cool.

Our sales person was amazing. He listened to all my biking wishes and wants and problems. He asked me my budget and then gave me 2 suggestions and offered me to ride them. Both bikes were suitable but one was a perfect fit and comfort, it's super light weight, in comparison to the bike I was riding. Almost no vibration through the bike into my wrists. I'm so happy with my purchase.
