Finally purchased a dual suspension bike after wanting one since I was a kid. You guys were great with being on the ball and keeping me in the loop on the status of my bike order and had great recommendations. Additionally the bike was built very well, everything was even and tightened properly. Lastly, upon pickup the gentlemen who helped me set up the suspension was really helpful and I appreciate the tips. Thanks guys!

Great customer sevice, Brent, John, and all the other staff I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. Brent went above and beyond to answer all my questions, calling the wholesale supplier for information multiple times. The ordering and pickup process was easy and stress free and I appreciated being able to unpackaged and try in my new helmet at the store.
