I was very happy with the quick service (half an hour to fix my flat on a Saturday afternoon) and the fact that the service person used an "on sale" tube and saved me money. Also that he drew my attention to concerns about the drive train. No improvements to recommend on this job.

Tuvi (not sure of the spelling) was a fantastic sales rep for me and my husband! He was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I bought a new Trek Dual Sport+ bike. He helped me to find good accessories to go with it and offer a nice discount. Even though my husband ended up not buying a bike, at least he got a feel for the electric bikes available and what he needs to consider. Tuvi was very patient with us, we never felt pressured to make a decision. I greatly appreciate getting included service to install the bike accessories so I wouldn't need to figure out how to do that myself. The store seems to be all about quality bikes, not cheap ones that would fall apart. They're all good, reliable brands. Overall I had a great experience there!

Sweet Pete's has been my local shop for over 10 years. The staff are amazing! Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and honest.
I had a slight mix-up when I inquired about a repair to a derailleur - I was taking about the front and you thought I was referring to the rear. That said, when I arrived, you indicated that there would be supply problem and at first said that the repair couldn’t be done….but then your team got into problem solving mode and came up with a solution. The important thing to me was that I had been to another store and they could not come up with a solution….but you did. And then it was done quicker than anticipated. So….solution oriented. Delivered on time and the bike works like a charm. So I am very satisfied…..should have come to you first….

Were very helpful, did not "upsell" and stood by agreement to install rear rack
I asked for a quote that included replacing my rear cassette and was upsold with a quote that included a cassette with a different number of gears and a much larger lowest gear, which required a new derailleur and a new integrated shifter/brake housing - the resulting upsell would have cost more than the bike did in the first place. So I brought the bike to a competitor's shop and have told several friends about your iffy practices.
