Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like the recommendations I receive are in my best interest not necessarily trying to sell me something I don't need.
Really looking out for bike owners safety and best options
Over the last 15 years I have come in for small things - bell, to use the tire pump, bike tune up etc. I was once missing a part for an old chariot and you guys tracked it down in the basement. You could have charged me something but gave it for free. In short, you have always provided great customer service. That is why I decided to buy this last bike at your store as opposed to MEC or some other options that would have been cheaper. I think it's important to have a community bike store.
Love your product selection. Emphasis on customer satisfaction. Fast turnaround time for the bike repair Accommodated my specific requests regarding the replacement of parts. An essential component of the bike culture.

Reasonably priced parts, fast shipping. The tracking info was a bit delayed but that could be on ups. Overall great experience for time sensitive components. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be doing repeat business
Sweet Pete is my go to place for bike repairs and anything I need for my bike. I'm sorry the Annex location closed - everyone who worked there were great!
What can be said about Sweet Pete's shop, nothing but praise.Had an amazingly informative bike fitment with Mitchell. Then left my bike in their professional hands for seasonal maintenance & some upgrades. Bike came back to me very clean & obviously taken care of by a true professional.
Will be my go to shop !!

I really appreciate that when I got a flat tire half a block from your shop after closing the staff member let me in to leave my bike there overnight as otherwise it would have been left on the street and subject to theft. The flat tire was repaired the next day. Very kind. Thank you.
I had just bought a rear bike rack and was trying to install it in the store, when one of the staff came by and mentioned it wasn't really the right rack-- ha and that i was installing it wrong lol. I was a lil flustured/embarassed, but he was very civilized yet efficient about it, and I really appreciated that. he encouraged me to exchange it even though i'd taken off the packaging.

there were only two options available that I saw for rear racks, but its spring so Im sure options have been selling fast

I was switching my road bike into tubeless for the first time, and I had a lot of questions, which I believe Tyler…? Answered well enough.
However, when I picked up the bike, it immediately felt the tire pressure, and mentioner it felt low. Noticeably low. He recommended I try it first, which I did today, five days later, and sure enough, the tire pressure was too low.
I understand the idea of trying the bike for the first time with tubeless, but in the shop, they felt really low, and I felt my comment was dismissed.
When I rode today for the first time, the bike felt slow and “off”… the tire pressure was definitely too low.
I bought a cartridge when I picked up the bike, but as I said, this is my first experience with tubeless and was led to believe this was normal. What I felt today can’t be normal for tubeless.
I guess I will pump the tires a little a try that, but… I spent more than $400 for this, and am left feeling unsure.
