Fast delivery. Really wish that gift cards could be used for online purchases.
A better connection between items listed for sale on your website than those in the store. It was a bit time consuming to figure out what was available, not available and not exist. Thanks to the staff for all their help

Anyways, I purchased a bike online and the only help I recieved was the bike was rolled up to the front for me.
No mention that i might need some pedals as it did not come with any. No body likes to be upsold, but really, that's any easy sale.
Couldn't hold the door open as I struggled to roll it out.
Other then that bike is pretty awesome thanks.

Labour seems a little pricey but I don't have my finger on the pulse of the bike labour market so who knows. In store staff always pleasant and helpful.
Every time I have visited Sweet Pete's, the associates have been very helpful and offer great advice. They also have fair pricing on labour and managed to fix my broken shifter for far less cost than other bike store quoted. Sweet Pete's is my go-to bike shop!
