5 is not a dissapointment, its neutral, and I like you guys.
I know all about how NPS works and I'm supposed to enter something like an 8 to mean neutral. But 5 really means neutral. 8 Means you send me nice things on my birthday and a 10 means you saved me from a runaway train while walking my dog and babysitting my kids.
