My Henty Wingman Backpack (for a running commute with a suit) is living up to its positive reviews. Great e-platform for the out-of-towners and (yet) still got personalized service from John Fornasier. Highly recommended!

Shipping was extremely slow and I did an in store pickup. I ordered parts from sweet Pete's and chain reaction (UK) at the same time. CR was 2 days shipping internationally, your store took almost 2 weeks to deliver between stores.
I will continue to use CR if possible going forward.

Sweet Pete's is offering the best of both worlds - I don't want to order from online only providers, I want to support my local bike shop, but sometimes you just cannot get in to the store for one reason or another. Enter Sweet Pete's - the one on one service of a bike shop with the convenience of an online order.
I've used them twice now, both times there were personal exchanges of emails to go with the order, but I didn't have to go to the actual store, which was more convenient for me.
