Got a great deal on the bike and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Good service, willing to refund even if not honoured by manufacturer. Basically wanting to keep the customer happy. Actually in the case problem was solved by staff. I do feel that customer satisfaction comes way before earning a quick buck
Friendly staff
I bought a new bike from Sweet Pete's and the staff that helped me were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a bike that was perfect for my needs. They set it up for me quickly, including cutting the handlebars down to make them narrower. The excellent service package that came with the bike was also one of the reasons I chose to buy from Sweet Pete's.
Repairs that I've had done since then have been very well done, fairly priced, and fast.
The bike rack that I purchased has worked quite well so far. The exceptional service I received from Sweetpetes was wonderful. I will definitely purchase from them again.
Great service, great product and a great price. Even when something was wrong with the product (not store fault, but Giant's), Sweet Pete's had full communication and solved the issues right up front.
