I shopped around a lot before going to your shop, perfect balance of holly knowing her stuff and advising and not being pushy with the sale like a lot of other places. Good stock with competing brands which is nice to see. Great experience!
Brent is amazing as always. Great unpretentious service (I ride a bike every day but sometimes feel intimidated to walk into shops), so thankful you people are around in the city. Always highly recommended shop.
Very friendly service. I ordered a bike online that I've been looking all over for and after making the order I found out that Sweet Pete's typically doesn't ship bikes. I talked with John who deals with the bike shop's e-commerce and he noted that it was eligible for shipping and that he'd be able to accommodate my order. He walked me through the process and kept me updated and the bike is now on route. I'm glad it all worked out. Thanks John!

It was easy. Give you a call see if you had what I was looking for. You checked confirmed you had what I needed. Then I checked that you were open on Sunday, yeah, good to go. So I let you know i was coming for a test drive.
The bikes were ready to go when I arrived. A Sunday ride in the sun on a new bike, gee you cannot beat that.
So I have a new bike.
