Customer service is great! Sent on e-mail to expedite my order and they called me back withing 5 minutes. Never had that happen to me with online purchased.
I bought a Dakine backback.. The backpack itself is a bit bigger than I maybe would have liked (8L vs. 6L) but Sweet Pete's had such an amazing deal. The backpack arrived in a matter of days. I was very impressed with how quickly it came.
