Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to actually try 3 bikes out on the street which is amazing. It made chosing the right bike very easy. Great after purchase policy.

During my actual pickup, I felt a little rushed by the front desk. It was a huge sale, and very busy for employees, so I understand the time constraint.

I went to both of your locations looking for a helmet. Each time I was warmly greeted and given as much help as I could have wanted without being pressured into making a decision. The staff at each location was able to educate me about what to look for in a helmet and helped me make the choice that was best for me, without selling me more than I needed. Thank you so much!
A better booking system
Lots of bike shops have the same bikes, Sweet Pete's has the best customer service by far. I was able to ride numerous bikes to see how they felt. This was important because I'm just getting back into riding and didn't really know what I wanted. The people out front where very helpful and upon returning the second time to pick a bike out, everyone from the front of store to the folks in the back where great. Very helpful. I'm looking forward to Spring.
