Sell both road bike and mountain bike gear in your Brickworks location. There are many people on road bikes who cycle the Don Valley trail system as well as Bayview.
Delivers as promised
Transaction was smooth and product was in stock. I wish, however, that someone other than the named credit card holder could pick up the purchase. I don't believe this was clearly stated anywhere at time of online purchase; otherwise, I would have asked my wife to purchase it since the shop is on her way to work whereas it is out of my way to pick it up. I understand this measure helps prevent fraud but perhaps being able to assign a designated person for pick up might be a solution.

The service was fantastic. I had a customer service agent reach out to me after my online purchase to verify sizing for the shoes I was buying as the manufacturer labeled their US/UK sizing a bit differently than most companies. This led to me changing my size over the phone and ultimately resulted in me receiving the size I actually needed. Great customer experience!
Great service and very helpful staff
I came in bc my trailer tires are running on frame. Asked if there’s an adjustment of some sort. They tightened the spokes on both tires. This did not fix problem. I started looking around myself (not a mechanic) and see there’s an adjustment bolt missing. Read up on it online and seems like it’s an adjustment for weight of load! I bought trailer from your store. It’s why I brought it to you. I assumed you guys would know about the trailer since you sold it to me.

It was a busy day at the store, but I was looked after by no less than three salespeople, all of whom were attentive & helpful. I love my new bike. Keep up the good work!
