The chain on my mountain bike broke shortly after starting to explore the relatively new WOKA trail system. Many thanks to Darren and crew at Phat Tire in Siloam Springs for stopping what they were working on and installing a new chain for me in a matter of minutes. The bike techs are nice enough to explain functionality and mechanical aspects. I will continue coming back to Phat Tire for my cycling needs.

I stopped in here while doing the Rule of three gravel ride and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They fix some issues with our bikes and let us stop in charge our phones and bike lights.
