I had never been to Phat Tire Bike Shop before here in Norman, but it was a fantastic experience thanks in large part to Dane Price. Dane helped recommend a new set of tires for my bike, ordered them for me, walked me through the entire process through several emails, and installed them in just a few days along with a tune up. Special thanks to Austin and John for their help. Fantastic experience. I will be back! Thank you, as I love the new set of wheels!

Trek makes outstanding products. Your staff went far beyond what they needed to do. They helped this guy coming off foot surgery get two bikes from my car into the store and back on the car a couple of days later. Also answered all my questions and provided details on local trails.
