I bought my bicycle at Phat Tire 13 years ago, and it is still as good as it was new. Yes, I do ride it a lot for pleasure and exercise. I have brought it in for service, tune up, new tires, etc. twice in the last 13 years and have always been very satisfied with the professional service I have received.

I got a call today from the store manager. He helped clarify the situation and extended his apology for the extended wait time and lack of follow up. Businesses get busy, Phat tire is no exception. The follow up I got today ensures my business comes back to them the moment I break something else on my bike (should be soon). Thank you for taking the time to earn my business back!
Stopped in for some pedal accessories and Roth hooked me up! He was very friendly and shared a lot of information about rides / runs from your shop. I am new to the area, so I appreciated the time he spent with me to guide me on finding people to run / bike with.

The guys at Phat Tire were awesome, I needed to have some follow up work completed on my bike and was taken care of without any fuss. Dane offered to drive down to Ardmore to sort out the issue but as I was coming up to Norman, arranged to drop off my bike while I completed some business in town. I got a text as soon as the bike was ready and was able to collect it later the same afternoon. Dane and his team sorted out the problem at no charge. We had a great experience with Phat Tire in Norman and would recommend them to anyone looking for a bicycle, accessories or maintenance and repairs. What a friendly team that provides great customer service at a fair price. Thank you Dane!
Customer service is very important to me. I appreciate that I was greeted when I walked into the door. I was allowed to say what I was looking for, and suggestions were made (which subsequently, matched what I was initially thinking). I felt like my needs were listened to and taken seriously. I was kept updated on the progress of my order, and when it was realized that it would not arrive at the date promised, I was offered options. I don’t feel like I bought a product and that’s the end of it, but instead, I feel that I can come in as many times as needed with questions, tweaks, and any other issues that could arise.
As before, Great guys, very helpful, will be back.

Kat and Andrew are amazing. It’s wonderful to go to a place where people are not only incredible at their jobs, but it is very evident how much they love what they do and how much they believe in their company. They never try to upsell me and have always dealt fairly in every dealing. I’ve had with them. I have a 10-year-old ghost FS-7 and thanks to the time and efforts these guys have put into that Bike, it rides as well today as it did when I first bought it.
