The young man that assisted me did a fantastic job. I let him know that my daughter's competitive mountain biking team requires parents to be the pit crew at races, so he took the time to show me how to change the tube and tire on our bike as well as making other adjustments. Top notch service!

Alex was a huge help to me yesterday. I was out on the River West trail when I had two flat tires in two miles, so I did not have an extra tube to get me back riding again. Alex came by and stopped to help me out of a jamb. He had the supplies and the expertise that I needed. I really appreciated the help.

These people know the product and more importantly they know how to treat a customer. Brought them a E bike rim to be rebuilt that had left with another bicycle shop that had it for over a month and more than three times they told me it would be ready Friday always with another excuse additionally these guys are charging me less than half of what they quoted at the other bike shop will do business with them in the future.
My shifter was messed up and is a warranty item with Shimano. It was going to be two weeks before I got my bike back - which isn't Phat Tire's fault. That was frustrating to me as I'm having a heart procedure in two weeks and wanted to keep riding to prepare for it. The tech heard my sob story and fixed it good enough on the spot for me to take it while Shimano sent the new part. That was very meaningful to me and i so appreciate this. Phat Tire is my bike shop for life.
As a brand new biker at 51, I was really nervous to come in with my questions about seats. The atmosphere immediately put me at ease, with such a friendly vibe. The guys answered my questions in a way that was educational and confidence building. I will always claim this as MY bike shop!
