I brought my my husband’s 35 year old bike to Phat Tire, hoping they could restore it and make it rideable again. They went above and beyond, going to far as to special order parts to match the original paint scheme. They communicated with me openly and frequently.
We have also purchased bike gear (knee pads, a helmet, and a hydration pack) here and have been very impressed with the quality of the products.

Everyone was friendly, we were greeted and welcomed as we walked in. When Roth rang us up, he was friendly, asked about our trip and recommended some trails we hadn’t tried before. We rode at Hobbs park that afternoon--where he recommended—and had a blast!

The service was great! Took the time to really look into the shifter I was having trouble with instead of just saying I probably needed a new one. I didn’t need a new one. It was just really full of gunk. They got my bike travel-worthy for a bikepacking trip to Norway at the last minute. I’m glad I went to them for a second opinion.
