The service that I received at Phat Tire was incredible! Kevin spent a great deal of time installing my bike navigation component which I did not even purchase at Phat Tire. In addition, he cheerfully changed my bike cleats for new ones that I purchased as well as installed a new light on my bike. Overall great experience! Thank you!

Honest and quick service
What stood out the most is the staff over at the Edmond store. They are all so helpful, professional, and incredibly nice guys over there! Regarding Phat Tire Bike Shop in general, it's great that they offer the entire line up of Electra bikes.

I have been to Phat Tire three times and received excellent service for minor repairs all three times. In addition, there is a great selection of tires and other service parts.

I needed a rear cog removed and purchased a kick stand, I purchased tools and my Trek (2 yrs ago) at the same store. Always great service, staff was tried to help even when they have what I want. Single biggest thing for me at any merchant is if you are too busy, a simple " I will be with you as soon as I can". This task is always completed at this store (Fayetteville Mall)

This was my first visit to Phat Tire or to any bike shop in fact. For the last year my wife has really gotten into cycling and loves it. I went in to find some accessories for her bike and the associate who helped me was amazing!! I didn’t get his name but he helped me with all my questions and helped me find the pink I was looking for. We will definitely be back to the Phat Tire!

Dane was super awesome. He explained everything in a way that everyone can understand. He helped me get the right bike for my needs.
I haven't bought a bike from them because I already had used trek bikes but they are wonderful to service them. I buy all my accessories there. They remember me and treat me like I did buy the most expensive bike they have. I never feel shamed for having a classic ride. LOL The prices to keep my bike going are very reasonable and they are always willing to answer my questions. The location and times they are open work well for where I live.
