Very knowledgeable and took their time to listen to my needs in a bike. The staff asked me questions so they could recommend the best fit for me. After the conversation we had they narrowed it down to two different bikes. I was able to take both for a test ride. They went over every difference between the two which allowed me to make the best decision. It was a great experience having the staff take their time and have zero pressure. I already have it planned to get the rest of the families bike from Phat Tire.
I like the employees. I dislike Trek and the move to motorcycles (ebikes).

I absolutely love this staff. Not only are they knowledgeable, but incredibly professional and friendly. They are helpful if there is any questions or if any confusion over a product. The staff are not pushy in making sales and worked with me over what I need and with my budget and what was best within those limits. Something that truly makes me a repeat customer.

Excellent customer service. I did not purchase my bike at Phat Tire Bike Shop in the end, as I preferred a product in store elsewhere but Dane was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient, and he helped me make a very informed choice. Dane was also very keen to highlight the opportunities available to get involved in the local cycling community, this was highly appreciated. I would highly recommend this store, and Dane in particular.

Joey helped me get a new wheel and then let me put the tube/tire on myself and helped me fix my brakes. He was very kind and generous with his time and knowledge.

They have a large selection of very nice bikes and all the gear! The people are all very helpful and knowledgeable. The fellow helping me adjust my bike was an expert rider and was giving me pointers and good advice! The service was fast and friendly. This has been by far the best Bicycle Shop I have ever been to including Little Rock & Memphis!!! I am looking forward to going back!

The service program for my bike was carefully explained upfront, with parts and materials pulled from shelves so I could see them before work began.
I recently bought a new bicycle through this agency. I went to visit so as to purchase the pedals for it and was informed there was a slight problem with the head set that was a warranty issue. They contacted the manufacturer to obtain replacement parts and would not release the bicycle to me until it was up to their exacting standards. Excellent! Thank you Phat Tire! I look forward to riding my perfectly tuned and assembled Surly Bridge Club soon! I was also very impressed by the customer service and the availability of in store parts. I will be doing business here again. Highly recommended!

Great variety of products and plenty of staff to help you as well. My friend had a major breakdown on his bike and it was fixed in a couple hours, not days! Phat Tire saved the day and our MTB vacation!
