We enjoyed meeting and talking with the young salesman. He was super knowledgeable about bikes and biking and so low pressure and friendly. We always like to pop in when we are in town!
The most important fact was they fixed my 7 year-old bike so that it runs like new. Add that they did it on time and within the estimate I was quoted, and I am very pleased with their services!!!!!
1. Superb selection for a small community. Better than bike stores we have back in Rochester NY
2. Service you can't believe. Knowledgeable, patient, ready to explain. Keeps the bikes tuned up.
3. Spare parts are either available or willingly ordered.
We are just getting back into mountain biking and have stopped in several times for parts and accessories. Nick has always helped us get just what we needed and assisted with installation. His knowledge and friendly service keep us coming back.
