This store has a very nice showroom and a knowlegable staff. The staff is small but this is understandable considering the location in a remote area of the Adirondacks. We needed an urgent repair & the attitude of the staff could have also been urgent but it was not.
We ended up buying another e-bike and getting the repair done as well. This store does e-bike rentals and I wish we had been offered a rental while we waited for the repair...oh well.
The owner Ted is friendly and knowledgeable. I told him I was just looking, I asked questions about the different bikes he carries and he spent time telling me about them, both e-bikes and analog bikes. He offers a range of high quality items. Sale items too.
Always carry the best and latest products, and are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!

Renting an e-bike for a few days. The staff was friendly and helpful. Picking up and dropping off was easy. Shop was clean and very nicely laid out.
Quality trek stuff
Ted is patient, answering all my bicycle related questions. He sells only the best products and his mechanical work is first rate. I’ve been using his services for at least 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. He has worked on maintaining both my mountain and road bikes.
