Amazing service on my sister's 30 year-old Specialized Rock Hopper. I thought for sure the rear shifter was dead but Ted and his staff were able to fix it and give the bike a great tune-up and tire refresh. AND, they did all this OVERNIGHT, allowing her to ride one more day with her family on their trip to see us in the Adirondacks! Many, many thanks!

A quick repair following an unexpected tire issue. The repair was made quickly, without an appointment, and we were on our way again.
