I like the forthrightness and honesty on what repairs are needed. I also appreciate being provided the cost of materials and labor prior to the work being done. I am aware the quote may need to be adjusted once the work is done, but knowing a “ballpark” figure is good.
Knowing my bike will be serviced by a competent mechanic is also reassuring. Another reason I am confident is Pedals & Petals is my experience with Ted as an honest and reliable dealer. I feel fortunate to have an outstanding Trek dealer in Hamilton County. Thanks

This is a terrific store for gifts and flowers, great service and very talented with their flower arrangements. They did the flowers for my son’s wedding and they were fabulous — large Adirondack baskets bursting with summer blooms! I am using them again for a bridal shower and can’t wait to see what they do.
