Outstanding service on an emergency drop-in basis at the height of tourist season. New brake pads, pedal swap out, and gear adjustment for a cross-country rider. And it was raining like crazy. And the store had loads of other customers. Plus the staff scouted out the weather radar to point us to a departure time to miss the next band of rain.
First name removed does a great job of keeping the store up-to-date and is willing to spend time to make sure you get what you need. Prices are entirely reasonable, especially given his location and lack of local competition!

The bicycles and accessories are up to date and what I am interested in. Ted is very generous with his time and knowledgeable about all of his merchandise. He is willing to go the extra mile to help his customers. His shop is well organized with the merchandise nicely displayed. It was a fun visit. Ted helped me find $180 worth of biking essentials.

Loved the variety of items and unusual things, not seen in other shops in the ADK's. Nicely organized, not overcrowded, and very clean. I really enjoyed shopping there. Did some advanced Christmas shopping and purchased a couple of things for myself too. PS. I love the name of the shop, Pedals and Petals, sweet!
