Ted is the best bike mechanic around and he continues to impress me with his knowledge of bikes and understanding how to help me become a better rider. Also, he gave me great advice on an upgrade for my wife’s bike, and because of that and her new aero wheels I might never catch her again.
Both Ted and First name removed were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed two new tires. First name removed recommended new ones and put them on. I was out on the road again in 17 minutes. These guys are professional and easy to work with. I recommend them highly for any biking needs you may have. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories.

Owner and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Have provided several repairs without advanced notice during a bike ride efficiently and at reasonable cost. Feel very confident with any repair and service (have many bikes repaired from 25 year old bikes to 2 year old bikes) recently purchased new bike with great recommendations and guidance from owner and the bike is terrific!
We especially liked the customer service and the quality of merchandise in the store. They also have competitive pricing.

I like your location in the adirondacks. I like that you have a well stocked bicycle store including service and assessories. Owner/sales person is friendly and knowledgeable. My bike was serviced the same day I brought it in. I will be returning for future purposes.

The staff was awesome! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what my correct size was and they set me up perfectly and explained everything very thoroughly.
Tim and team were extremely helpful and had everything we needed to repair 3 bikes! We stop in every year just to check it out and see the town of Inlet! Looking forward to going back next summer!
