After collecting my Off Grid gravel bike the left crank very surprisingly came off. However, I took the bike in the next day and all Pearson staff were very apologetic and the bike was mended straight away!

Having met Will Pearson some six years ago on the London 2 Paris24 Duchenne Dash I had promised myself to visit Pearsons Cycles and see what was on offer. I wasn't disappointed, Will's personality and friendliness was apparent throughout the Pearson crew. From my first visit, through to taking delivery of my new ride, it was a great experience.
Will took me through my precision bike fitting to ensure my purchase was to be bespoke to me personally. The process is highly detailed and I was offered some great tips to improve my posture, enhancing my comfort and improve my efficiency.
Being handed delivery of my 'Minegoestoeleven' carbon aero bike and talked through the 'intelligence' of the bike's gearing system will be a lasting memory. I was 'like a kid with a new toy' once I got used to the state of the art technology.
Pearson Performance is a winning formula from start to finish, I now really feel part of the community and look forward to heading out one Saturday morning with them all.......and the coffee in their cafe is great!
