Visited Pearson for the first time this week and had very pleasant experience. Gentleman serving me ( I should ask his name) helped me with items I needed, showed me, explained and advised on items I was interested in. Had a not planned test ride on the bike I like. Received service which should be standard everywhere. Really recommend this place if you need anything bike related.

The weekend drop in service is excellent. I needed quite a few things fixed, new wheels, brake service and pads, bearings. All were sorted by Saturday evening. I received helpful advice both on drop off and pick up, whilst the pricing was below my expectations. e.g. good.

I had a great experience during my bike fit session with Nas. The Pearson staff was great, and Nas was very kind and explained the whole process in great detail. He set up my bike very well and I feel more comfortable on my bike, without the discomforts I used to feel before. He also did a quick shifters calibration and now my bike shifts better than ever.

Pearsons in East Sheen is always top notch but thry always seem to be able to go the extra mile. The mechanic ensured that I had the right components that I wanted fitted on my bike but because my bike was immaculate they just charged for fitting. Mechanics are fantastic and already had a chance to ride my Hammer and Tonf which is now as smooth as butter.
Would definitely recommend for service but also well priced high performance bikes.
