I called Guy Pearson at 1530 on Thursday afternoon to see if he could magically help me source a gravel for a race on the Sat. Well, at 1100 the next day Guy was doing a bike fit for me on my new super awesome gravel!!!
Guy and his staff were very kind, helpful and went out of their way to get my gravel bike ready in such a short space of time.
The bike is amazing, I’ve just ridden the 84km gravel x sportive and had a blast. It handled 21% uphills and mountain bike suitable off road downhills.

What I enjoy is the fact that there is an honest conversation about what the issue with the Bike is. Their recommendation for what's best and the casual but smart way that they engage with you whilst there in the Workshop. I like to ask questions on home things work or are taken apart and there is no hesitation on offering that. I do NOT feel that I'm being 'ripped off'.
The mechanic was very helpful and explained very clearly what the problem was and how he fixed it. As a loyal customer of Pearson for the past 25 years, I was delighted that he paused the work he was doing to repair the bent hangar on my road bike. and the first thing he did was to make me a cup of coffee whilst I waited. Great service.
