Superior customer service that meant I felt like I was listened to and not treated like someone who knows nothing technical about bikes....I don't but really appreciated that I wasn't made to feel stupid like I have been in other shops. Everything was explained and it was an easy process of being fitted for and then subsequently buying a bike. The after sales care has been great too. And as for the bike, I love it!

I trust your mechanics know what they’re doing. I’ve had a cheap cowboy fix from another shop, never again. Had good explanation of how to tell when brake pads worn when I collected my bike. Feels like Pearson personnel are passionate about riding.

Really like the quality and style of the clothing. Had my Pearson bike serviced and was very pleased with the friendly and efficient service.
I live 40 miles away but it was worth the journey.
The people at Pearson genuinly love bikes and cycling but welcome all sorts from wannabee racers and gravel adventures, to urban commuters to people that just love getting about on their bike.
More importantly they sell and maintain great bikes and offer sound advice.
