I love visiting Pearson. Good chat, excellent service, expert advice, and lots of lovely bikes and kit to peruse. I always leave feeling like I've received special treatment - and grateful that I chose to buy from a small independent company rather than some faceless corporation.

I had a bike fit with Nas yesterday. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he really listened to me in order to understand my goals as a cyclist. And he took time to explain the thinking behind his recommendations. We also talked about strength training for cyclists, sportives, nutrition and fuelling. I learned a lot but it is too early to say if the recommended changes to my bike will make a real difference to my cycling experience.

The products are built to a very high spec, with great knowledge and integrity. They are also very attractive. The follow up services in helping you learn about the tech, and correcting minor faults is immediate and effective. I like the whole team from the owners onwards. I went to your Sheen store on Tues. 21/1 asking for advice about clipless pedals and Duncan was terrific. He and another (Guy?) were both extremely knowledgeable but also patient and understanding of my many questions.
My new road bike had been setup with MB pedals (which I found very difficult). Duncan got me switched over to some Shimano road bike clipless pedals /Pearson shoes and it's been totally smooth sailing ever since.
Very grateful for the friendly and well-informed expertise that I found in your store on that day and will definitely be back (for me next bike?!).
