Fantastic personal service
I always seem to get excellent, friendly, service from Pearson cycles whenever I visit them. Will Pearson was working on the day I visited, who I enjoy chatting with, over a range of topics.
I was offered a coffee, pretty much straight away, by a young girl, who works in the cafe section, opposite the workshop.
My bike was fixed by a guy called Shen, who is a brilliant bike mechanic. He is very thorough and takes time to explain things properly. He displays a professional, can do attitude, whilst being courteous and polite.
When the work is complete; you receive a text and an email, to inform you. So all in all, it's just a very straight forward, pleasant experience, from a customer focused, caring bike shop; exactly how it should be.
Just had my new Hammerandtongs out for its first ride today. Fantastic. Fit and finish were perfect.
