I walked into the service center having no idea what level of service I really needed and asked for the $300 package. The service representative told me that after giving my bike a once over that he thought that was highly unnecessary and told me the base $70 package with a few add-one should be sufficient. At the end of the day they got me out the door for $325 when they probably could’ve made upwards of $600 off of me and my ignorance. I’ll definitely be going here for ALL of my biking needs from here on out!

I have had excellent service at Outspoken. This particular visit was because my son's wheelchair wheel was flat. They fixed it on the spot. I took the wheel with the new tube back to him and he had it back all.within one hour.
Super easy to do. I dropped the bike off and my repair was affordable and ahead of schedule.

They have such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door with a smile and staff member ready to answer all of our questions. Within in a week we had our bike repaired. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The service is fantastic! Every time I’ve been there I have been treated well and the work performed has been excellent. There is never any unnecessary work done and I am amazed at the level of expertise from all the staff. I have yet to buy a product from there, other than parts, but am anxious to get a bike soon.
