someone welcomed me when I came through the door. The gentleman asked what i was interested in and directed me to the available inventory. He answered all my questions and gathered the additional items i wanted put on the bike. I was told I could pick it up the next da. When I arrived everything was on the bike and it was ready to go. They made the whole process simple.

Faster than promised, extremely reasonable labor costs, definitely worth them doing service vs me. I get to spend my weekend riding with my son instead of fixing both of our bikes. Should have done this ages ago, probably won’t ever fix my own bike again!

The young man really helped me out. I was visiting my daughter and grandson in Columbia and wanted to get new tires and a few other things done. He graciously worked on it right away. I was able to go for a bike ride with him! It made my day!! Thank you!!

Employees, including the owner, are willing to serve customers and do it very well. Their strength lies in focusing their attention on the customer and going beyond just selling something. They are genuinely interested in making cycling enjoyable for you.
Although I had issues with the derailleur on my bike , that was not the fault of outspoken bikes and they stood behind the product and took care of me as best as I could wish for. I will continue to do business with them, they treated me well.

Walked in looking for one item, one speed and walked out with multiple speeds and multiple items. I had a great experience and would strongly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a bike, go there. You will never feel like you are being sold, but you feel like you just want to buy more from them. Stand solidly behind the shop , but would respectfully say that having to wait for almost nine days to get an appointment for a service involving a specific tool and a service which should take twenty minutes plus is discouraging. Look , I realize you guys are swamped , but I was up riding last weekend with some friends who work/manage at Liberty in Asheville , and I asked about how they are handling these situations , and they are employing a stratification system of priority , and most importantly have a "floating" mechanic who is there to handle short fixes for riders who need same day quick service in situations where that is feasible. Anyway, you guys reman the best in town , and I am glad you're so busy. All our best , the Harvin family
