The young man who helped us was very pleasant and happily answered my 10 year old's questions about her bike and what he was doing while replacing the inner tube. The inventory of bicycles and cycling accessories was quite impressive as well.

It doesn't matter if I'm getting a minor adjustment, a tire repaired or if I'm buying a new Trek, I'm treated like I'm the most important person walking in the door that day. I wouldn't consider doing business anywhere else and would confidently refer any of my friends there for repairs or a new bike.

To drive 70 plus miles to visit a bike store, you have to really like that bike store and the staff. The staff of Outspoken is top notch!
