I rode the bike 32 miles following the repair to the left shifter and replacing the chain and rear gear cluster. Everything worked great, quite and smooth.

The whole experience was good. It was professional and detailed, and there was ZERO up selling, just genuine opinions and options, flit was refreshing.
My only gripe; there was a delay in getting my front derailur from the warehouse, and this delayed the bike getting fixed for about a week. That in itself was no problem, stuff happens, however the delay was not communicated to me, and I had a family member go to pick up the bike and it wasn’t ready, so they wasted a day for nothing.
Overall outspoken has my business in the future, and the communication error was annoying, but minor.
Bicycle service/repair is thorough. They take the time to diagnose and explain what is needed for the bike. No surprises and the repair is done right.
Been riding and racing road and mtb for the past 20yrs in the area... hands down the best shop in the midlands over that entire time period.
