I would thinks if your 10 days behind in servicing bikes, you could have a technician work a few extra hours to catch up. It took me 10 Irmo location working days to get my bike back and I was not emailed or called when it was ready?

Great service! When I was notified that my bike was done with service and I went to pick it up, the team was super professional. When they brought my bike out from the back, they noticed that the back brakes were a little tight so they adjusted them right away. Overall great experience.

The service provided to me by the staff at Outspokin Bicycles on Divine was supreme. It was my very first visit. From the time I walked into the door to the time I drove away, I felt welcomed and was served by a very knowledgeable staff member by the name of Laura. Laura was thorough in explaining the service she provided on my bike as well as the bike rack I decided to buy and she installed. Quick and friendly
I bought an innertube from you guys. When I opened the box, I saw that the Presta stem was damaged. I tested it, and it was unusable. I brought it back, and though it would be extremely unlikely that a brand new tube would have a damaged stem, and it would be more likely that the customer would have damaged the stem, your staff fixed it at no cost without questioning me. I know they thought it looked suspicious, and it did look that way.
Guy who handled it had long sandy hair. He was a gentleman.
