It doesn't matter if I'm getting a minor adjustment, a tire repaired or if I'm buying a new Trek, I'm treated like I'm the most important person walking in the door that day. I wouldn't consider doing business anywhere else and would confidently refer any of my friends there for repairs or a new bike.

I was told that the bike I bought was sold when I arrived for pick up 🤔- however, a grand effort was made & I was able to pick up my new bike 3 days later.

I like the friendly customer service and that the employees there go above and beyond the call of duty to service me. And it is always good to see a dog there once in a while!

someone welcomed me when I came through the door. The gentleman asked what i was interested in and directed me to the available inventory. He answered all my questions and gathered the additional items i wanted put on the bike. I was told I could pick it up the next da. When I arrived everything was on the bike and it was ready to go. They made the whole process simple.
