I went in to JAX fix my basket which, fell down everytime I put something heavy in it. The employee helped to me find different options. I finally found an option I was happy with and he told me it would take 10 minutes to install. I also told him I was having problems shifting my gears and he asked when i had it serviced I told him last summer at his location. The tech overheard my concerns and came over and asked if he could fix my problem for free. i was ecstatic how nice he was to volunteer his expertise. I left there feeling very happy and blessed . I wish more businesses would be more like JAX Bike shop. I highly recommend them. I love my bike that I received from them also. Thank you again for your kindness! Dee

Everyone I’ve come in contact with at Jax Bike Shop is super knowledgeable and kind. They are always willing to help with a bicycle that you already own even if you don’t purchase anything from them. The crew here is the best. They listen carefully and provide the best service. I appreciate that they provide the most practical solutions, balancing quality and affordability. They went "above and beyond" by helping me find a replacement part on eBay because the manufacturer stopped supporting it due to age of the bike. The repairs were finished a week earlier than estimated.
