I’m from out San Clemente and road my ebike to HB pier, upon arriving my tube exploded. We pushed the bike to Rad bikes and the turned me down! So… pushed the bike 5 more blocks to JAX, I wasn’t sure if they would fix my tube because I was turned down before at JAX San Clemente. However, Jesse was absolutely wonderful and told me 1-3 hours and he called me within an hour! Thank you so… much!!! Scott Johnson
