Thank you JEFF for my first hands on customer service experience at the bike rack and detail discussing with me some of the options available to accomplish my goal in eliminate some of the "drag" that i feel immediately when i stop peddling compared to other similar bikes that coast much further.
Without blabbering on in detail, Jeff was very helpful and informative. I'm very pleased with my seamingly brand new bike by the way it now feels and ride.
